Frequently asked questions
Is my artwork uploaded to PACKRIVA?
No. The image is decoded with browser APIs on your device, and automated checking makes no file-upload request. Only the text summary enters the existing inquiry flow if you explicitly request production support.
Does the color result mean prepress approval?
No. The checker reads limited raster structure information. It cannot verify ICC profiles, spot colors, separations, overprint, or a supplier’s press settings.
Why do I enter current artwork dimensions?
Pixel dimensions cannot prove that bleed exists. The checker compares the artwork canvas dimensions you provide with finished size plus bleed on every side.
Can it check AI, EPS, or PDF files?
Not in this phase. The tool does not convert, edit, upload, or process AI, EPS, PDF, or other production files on a server.
