Is the carton loading count exact?
No. The tool compares six fixed carton orientations in straight rows. It does not simulate mixed orientations, carton deformation, loading gaps, or site handling.
Can I use the result for palletized cargo?
Not directly. Pallet dimensions, height, load limits, and forklift clearance change the available space and arrangement.
Why can CBM fit while arrangement still needs review?
Total volume can be below container capacity while the carton dimensions do not use the space efficiently in fixed rows. A mixed loading plan or another carton size may be needed.
What else should be checked?
Confirm gross weight, payload limits, door opening, stacking strength, protection requirements, and destination rules in addition to volume.
